Food supplement based on inulin. It contributes to the balance of the intestinal bacterial flora.
Effect of inulin on the body:
- Osmotic function
- Check that the right amount of water is present in the intestine, necessary to guarantee natural transit: it recalls it when needed, fighting constipation, or
- it favors the reabsorption, when the transit is too fast.
- It is not assimilated
- Digestive enzymes don't attack it. Therefore, it is not digested.
- It has a prebiotic effect
- It guarantees the development and growth of the lactic acid bacterial flora, consisting mainly of Bifidobacteria, with all the advantages relating to the well-being of the intestine and the organism.
- Regulates the activity of the intestine
- It works exclusively on a biochemical level (for example by varying the pH or controlling the osmotic balance), without irritating the intestine.
- It modulates the absorption of sugars introduced with food.
- It reduces the concentration of fats in the blood favoring the activity of Bifidobacteria, capable of counteracting the enzymes that control the synthesis of cholesterol and triglycerides.
- It does not interact with the absorption of nutrients such as calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron and manganese and has no effect on the absorption of drugs, because it does not accelerate intestinal transit.
- It does not cause swelling by counteracting the growth of dangerous intestinal flora
Ingredients:
Inulin, FPS (short-chain fruit-oligosaccharides), Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose (cellulose gel).

How to use:
Adults: about 5 grams per day of 2IN fiber only, equal to 4 level coffee spoons, or 2 single 2.5 gram sachets.
Pediatric: up to 2 years: 1.25 grams per day, equal to 1 teaspoon of coffee, or in half a sachet from 2 to 8 years: 2.5 grams per day, equal to 1 sachet per day or two teaspoons of coffee, from 8 years in next: 5 grams per day, equal to 2 sachets per day or 4 coffee spoons,.
As a laxative: reach the optimal dose starting from about 5 grams per day equal to 4 level coffee spoons, and increase by a teaspoon every other day until reaching the dose considered effective. Do not go beyond 10 grams per day. For doses exceeding 10 grams per day, consult your doctor.
Warnings:
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.
Storage:
Store in a cool and dry place away from light, localized heat sources and sunlight and avoid contact with water.
