How to use:
The recommended dose for adults (starting at 12 years) is one tablet to be dissolved in a glass with plenty of water. It is recommended to take it in the morning.

Warnings:
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age.

Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place away from light, localized heat sources and sunlight and avoid contact with water.

The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored, in an unopened bottle.
