How to use:
Take 4 tablespoons a day. The product can be taken as it is or mixed with food or drinks. It is also advisable to consume abundant water during the day.

Warnings:
The integration of the diet with fiber can be contraindicated in some gastrointestinal diseases that involve transit difficulties, it can also interfere with the absorption of certain drugs. In all these cases, as well as for use in childhood or in the event that the low-calorie diet is followed for prolonged periods of more than 3 weeks, medical advice is required.

It is recommended not to exceed the recommended doses for daily intake. Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age.

Storage:
Store in a dry place. Once the package has been opened, it is advisable to use the product within 3 months.
