Ingredients:
Cryo-crushed powder of milk thistle fruit * (Silybum marianum Gaertn.). Capsule of vegetable origin: Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose. * Obtained from milk thistle fruit titrated at a minimum of 1.5% in Silymarin.

How to use:
3 Arkocapsules a day with a large glass of water, preferably before meals.
