Recommended intake:
Take 1 serving (1 large spoon) per day. For best and longer lasting results, take 2 servings per day. Most effective when taken first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Depending on the taste, it can be mixed with juice or water. Shake the bottle well before use.

Warnings:
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age. If you are pregnant, nursing or taking medication, consult your doctor. Excessive consumption can produce laxative effects.

Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place away from light. Once a bottle has been opened, keep it in the refrigerator and consume it preferably within 30 days, maximum 60 days. Please refer, if necessary, to further instructions on the packaging.
