Ingredients:
Calcium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, magnesium carbonate, stabilizers: polyvinylpyrrolidone, potassium bicarbonate, disodium phosphate, anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide-silicates, magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable), stabilizers: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, sulphate zinc. It does not contain sugars, lactose, gluten, dyes and preservatives.

How to use:
4 to 8 tablets a day, to be swallowed with plenty of water, preferably in the evening before going to bed. Don't chew.
Warnings:
Contraindicated for those suffering from severe renal insufficiency and severe hypertension. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Do not give to children under 4 years old. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age.
Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. Well tolerated during pregnancy, breastfeeding and by diabetics.

After opening, store in a cool place.
