Benefibra ™ powder is completely soluble in all beverages, liquid or semi-dense foods.

It is advisable not to use it in carbonated drinks.

How to use:
Add 2 tablespoons of powder (1 serving) to a glass of water, fruit juice or liquid or semi-dense (hot or cold) foods.

Mix until completely dissolved. Tasteless.

Warnings:
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age.

Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place away from light, localized heat sources and sunlight and avoid contact with water.
