Benefibra ™ is a food supplement, rich in vegetable fiber, suitable for those who consume little fiber or have a greater need, to promote the balance of the intestinal flora.

Benefibra ™ does not contain gluten.

Benefibra ™ powder is completely soluble in all beverages, liquid or semi-dense foods.

It is advisable not to use it in carbonated drinks.

How to use:
Pour the contents of a Benefibra ™ sachet into a glass or bottle of water, fruit juice or drinks, or into semi-liquid foods, both hot and cold. Stir until the powder has completely dissolved.

It is advisable not to use it in carbonated drinks.

Adults and children over 12 years: 1 to 3 sachets per day, as needed.

Children between 7 and 11 years: 1 sachet per day.

Warnings:
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age.

Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place away from light, localized heat sources and sunlight and avoid contact with water.
