Ingredients:
Fructose, Tribasic calcium citrate, Trisodium sodium citrate dihydrate, Magnesium chloride crystals, Magnesium carbonate, Magnesium citrate, Zinc gluconate, Disodium phosphate, Potassium bicarbonate, Orange juice and pulp.

Recommended intake:
1 sachet twice a day, to be dissolved in a glass of water, between meals.
