Its formula also contains Black Cohosh which, together with Soy, can counteract menopausal disorders, Calcium, Vitamins D3 and K1 which contribute to the maintenance of normal bones, Vitamin B6 which can promote the regulation of hormonal activity.

2 tablets per day: 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening, during or after a meal. In pre-menopause 1 single tablet to be taken preferably in the morning. We recommend an integration for a period of at least 6 months followed by a suspension period of 20 days.
