Omega 3/6 is a supplement of Omega 3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (EPA and DHA), obtained from fish oil from cold seas, and Omega 6 extracted from borage oil, with natural Vitamin E.

The polyunsaturated fatty acids EPA and DHA contribute to normal cardiac function, moreover DHA promotes the maintenance of normal brain function and normal visual capacity. The presence of natural Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Ingredients:
Concentrated fish oil (EPA + DHA), food gelatin, Borage oil (Borago officinalis L.) seeds at 18% in Gamma-Linoleic Acid, resistance agent: glycerol, D-alpha tocopherol (natural Vitamin E) in oil of sunflower.

How to use:
We recommend 2-3 capsules a day, to be swallowed with a little water during and after meals.
