Bran of wheat, corn starch, psyllium (plantago ovata tegumentum seminis), sodium chloride, natural flavors, antioxidant: dearomatised rosemary extract.

How to use:
It is recommended to take 1 to 3 sachets a day, at any time of the day, starting with breakfast, in the first and second courses or as a snack, drinking abundantly.
