BrdoSohn is used in place of normal stock cubes or preparations for broth and condiments.

How to use:
To prepare a vegetable broth: dissolve a tablespoon of Sohn Broth (approx. 12 g) in very hot water to prepare half a liter of broth, a teaspoon (approx. 5 g) to prepare a cup.
Preparation is instant.
To season dishes: sprinkle BrdoSohn with the tip of a spoon during preparation to give flavor to dishes based on meat, eggs, fish and vegetables.
Warnings:
In cases of severe renal insufficiency, low-sodium products must be used under medical supervision.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place away from light, localized heat sources and sunlight and avoid contact with water.
The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored, in an intact jar.
