How to use:
Dissolve the sachet directly in the mouth, or in water or fruit juice for 1 or 2 weeks before sun exposure. During exposure, take one sachet in the morning before sun exposure.

Warnings:
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.

Storage:
Store in a cool and dry place away from light, localized heat sources and sunlight and avoid contact with water.
