Carepharm Ansioten contains Theanine and Melatonin and is a product based on Valerian which promotes relaxation and sleep in case of stress.

Ingredients:
Water, Alcohol, L-theanine from green tea (Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze), leaves, Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root * Dry extract tit. 0.8% ac. valerenici, Melatonin, Sweet Orange Essential Oil (Citrus aurantium var. dulcis L.). * Extracts supported by maltodextrin. Sugar-free (Sugars & lt, 0.5%), Lactose-free.

How to use:
30 drops (corresponding to 1 ml) 1-2 times a day in a little water.
Warnings:
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age.
Ostacol® can be taken by diabetic, celiac and lactose intolerant people. Ostacol® cannot be taken during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place away from light, localized heat sources and sunlight and avoid contact with water. The expiry date refers to the product properly stored, in unopened package.
