Omega are polyunsaturated fatty acids that perform energy and structural functions in our body and also have a very important metabolic and regulatory role.
Fish oil is a dietary source of Omega-3, in particular EPA and DHA, essential fatty acids that can only be synthesized in the human body from an Omega-3 precursor: alpha linolenic acid (ALA).
The formulation is completed with linseed oil, the main source of ALA, which acts synergistically with fish oil.
Linseed oil is rich, not only in ALA, but also in lineoleic acid (LA), progenitor of Omega 6, essential fatty acids necessary for the synthesis of prostaglandins and leukotrienes with an anti-inflammatory action.
Omega-9s are not considered essential because they can be synthesized from other unsaturated fats (Omega 3 and 6), however it is recommended for use in diets low in Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids. Sunflower oil is the best source of Omega 9.
The formula is enriched with Vitamin E, a powerful antioxidant that contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

How to use:
