The Vitex agnus castus L. plant belongs to the Verbenaceae family and is also known as chaste tree, false pepper or monk pepper. Ripe and dried fruits, similar in appearance to black pepper, contain iridoid glycosides (agnuside, aucubin, eurostoside), some flavonoids (casticin, homoorietin, isovitexin, luteolin 7-O-glucoside) and diterpenes (clerodadienols). Recent studies have shown the usefulness of the dry extract of chaste tree fruits to improve the irregularities and disorders of the menstrual cycle.
Ingredients:
20 mg of dry extract of chaste tree fruits (Vitex agnus castus L.) (6-12: 1) corresponding to 180 mg of vegetable substance and calculated on the basis of the content of the casticin marker substance (extraction medium: ethanol 60% w / p), microcrystalline cellulose, lactose monohydrate, anhydrous colloidal silica, hypromellose, titanium dioxide, magnesium stearate, Macrogol 400, Propylene glycol, Macrogol 20000.

How to use:
1 tablet once a day to be taken with a sip of water. Use should be continued for a few months without interruption, even during the menstrual period.
Warnings:
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age.
