Description
Indications:
Daktarin Powder Cutaneous 2% is used in skin or nail infections caused by dermatophytes or Candida.
How to use:
Always use this medicine exactly as stated on the package leaflet or the instructions of your doctor or pharmacist.
For external use. Use Daktarin Skin Powder every day for best results. It is especially indicated for the treatment of moist lesions.
Apply enough powder to cover the affected area. Apply the powder 2 times a day. Treatment should be continued uninterrupted for at least one week after the symptoms have disappeared, and can last from 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the type and extent of the infection.
Wash the affected area and dry well. Treat not only the infected part, but also the area around it. Wash your hands thoroughly after each application to avoid transferring germs to other parts of the body or to other people. In foot infections it is recommended to sprinkle the feet daily with Daktarin Dermatological skin powder during and after treatment with other formulation for local use, especially the spaces between the toes, and also the socks and shoes.
Active principles:
100 g of Daktarin Dermatological Powder contain: 2 g of miconazole nitrate.
Excipients:
Zinc oxide, precipitated silica, talc.
