Recommended intake:
It is recommended to take 20 ml of product (using the measuring cap) in the morning, after breakfast or diluted in 500 ml of water to drink throughout the day. Shake well before use. Being a natural product, the presence of any deposit is possible and does not affect the effectiveness and validity of the product.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age. Contains caffeine (7.2 mg per serving). Do not exceed the recommended doses for daily intake.
