How to use:
We recommend 1-3 teaspoons a day to chew or swallow with a little water or other drink.

Warnings:
Keep out of the reach of children under the age of three. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place away from light, localized heat sources and sunlight and avoid contact with water. The expiry date refers to the correctly stored product, in an intact tin.
